Esta vez inicie con gluteos, normalmente las semanas arrancan con full body o piernas para mi. Pero hoy me fuí por gluteos, aunque es casi inevitable no trabajar parte de tren inferior!! Pero aca vamos💪💪 por supuesto siempre haciendo mi calentamiento previo que por cierto en este [Post](https://peakd.com/hive-189157/@milagrosmhbl/miercoles-de-tren-inferior-oror-wednesday-lower-train-wednesday-esp-eng) les compartí parte de los movimientos que realizo el dia que me toca trabajar tren inferior, cuando tenga mis bandas agregaré por supuesto mas movimientos que las incluyan, asi realizo un mayor bombeo, pero mientras, se hace lo que se puede!! Y hablando de hacer lo que se puede, con lo que se tiene, vamos a necesitar unas mancuernas para esta rutina, lad mias como saben super originales son botella de 2litros llenas de agua jeje sin excusas!!
