🍽[煮食日記] 自家製熱香餅|[Cooking Diary] Simple Pancake for Breakfast

我很喜歡吃麥當勞的熱香餅早餐,但是自家製的好像比較健康,所以我有時間就會自製熱香餅作早餐~
I love to eat McDonald's pancake for breakfast, but it seems healthier to eat home-made one, so I will cook pancake for my breakfast if I have time.

這是完成品 This is the finished dish:

不好意思,今天煎焦了一點>< Sorry that the pancakes are a bit over-cooked ><


需要的材料很簡單,以下是我用的材料(八塊的份量):
These are the ingredients I used, it's really simple (for 8 pancakes) :

低筋麵粉 200g
牛奶 230 ml
雞蛋 2隻
砂糖 1-2 茶匙
鹽 少量

200g Cake flour
230 ml Milk
2 Eggs
1-2 tea spoon of sugar
A very small amount of salt

  1. 把麵粉和牛奶混在一起
    Put the flour and milk together

  2. 打破兩隻蛋到另一個碗裡,然後發打它們
    Break the 2 eggs into a bowl and mix them well

  3. 現在拌勻麵粉,牛奶及蛋 (大概十分鐘)
    Now whisk the eggs, flour and milk together (about 10 mins)

  4. 將鑊燒熱後,滴少許油到鑊裡,然後倒進少許粉漿
    Heat your pan and then grease it with oil, and pour the mixture in the pan

  5. 用慢火煎至冒出氣泡,後反轉煎1-2分鐘便可
    Using medium heat, fry the mixture until you can see bubbles on its surface, and then fry the other side

  6. 最後加上你喜歡的水果,再加上蜜糖在表面就可以吃了~
    At last, put your favorite fruits on the dish and add some honey~
