Judging by American media portrayals, Saudi Arabians were symbolic of wealth in the '70s, then the Japanese in the 80's, Silicon Valley nerds in the 90's, Russians and the Emirati in the 2000's, increasingly the Chinese in our 2010's, and next: Steemians!
