最近不少用户遇到了"bandwidth limit exeeded" ，中文翻译就是，带宽超出限额。好像到目前为止，官方并没有正式回应这个事。或许很多用户还不知道遇到这个情况怎么处理，那么我就简单说下如何解决。
首先，如果出现受限警告。你的以下行为都会被禁止：
power up、post、reply、tansfer、claim、resteem 所有的功能都无法使用，除了可以登录！
但是，目前来说，很多新注册的用户且比较活跃的，会出现短暂的受限情况，这个时候，耐心等待即可。
如果长时间带宽受限，可以通过增加steempower来提高带宽(我是这么理解的)，事实上，这一方法是可行的，虽然还不知道原理！
那么如何增加steempower， 目前只能通过https://blocktrades.us 可以直接转账到受限账户！
我遇到这个问题时候，仅仅转账1 steempower 就立马解除了受限。
