More Than Conqueror

Romans 8:37 (KJV)

Nay, in all these things,we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

A conqueror is defined by Merriam-Websters dictionary as "one who conquers : one who wins a country in war, subdues or subjugates a people, or overcomes an adversary"

Before an individual can be referred to as a conqueror,he or she must have been victorious in battle.

Jesus fought battles against sin and death and won thus making him a conqueror.

Being "More than conqueror", means you weren't actually the one that fought the battle, yet,you are even more victorious.

It means you didn't fight the battle on your own, but you had someone fight it for you and give you the victory you never fought for.

Thank you Jesus for fighting every seen and unseen battle for me and making me more than a conqueror.

A conqueror that didn't fight but yet earned greater victory unstressed is who you made me.

Dear Christian, stop stressing yourself over things that Jesus has already fought for.

You are more than conqueror
