Lord Change Me, I want to be like you! Matthew 17:1-9

Mt17:1-9. He was transfigured before them, His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became dazzling white. Jesus came and touched the disciples who fell to the ground, overcome by fear, "Get up and do not be afraid." They looked up and saw no one except Jesus alone.

Touching Homily: Jesus transfiguration gives us hope and assures us of the glory which awaits us at the end. His transfigured face revealed His Divine origin, glory and purity.

Reflection: Grace can move us to grow in faith as Jesus had that desire for us to mature. We thank God for the opportunities in life, the joy bonding together as one family, happy and joyful where we feel God's presence in our life.

Thank you Lord and before our get-together ended at the lake, an eagle flew towards a tall tree in front of us, watching our happiness for a long time and all of us thanked the Creator pouring to us His Divine grace, revealing His love and mercy. Thank you Lord for touching each one of us. May we recognize you in simple ways, all those around us, and be filled with wonder.
