This is another one of the note posted on my wall when I was still in college. This reminds me to always choose the things that will help me become the person that God wants me to be. It also pushes me to always trust and rely to the will of God and that when you are doing his will~peace overpowers your heart.
Introduction...
It has always been a part of human endeavor to make decisions. Most people have the tendency to choose something that is convenient and righteous in their own terms. Before anything else, our norms and values are our first hand basis in deciding whether something is right or wrong. Maybe because it is something that is mostly relatable and it is something that our gut-feels would most likely choose.
We are define by the day to day choices we make. The past choices determines the lessons we have today that molds us to have a better and brighter future tomorrow.
It is always easy to choose the choices that most people chose because it somehow lightens up the responsibility that comes with it. But what we sometimes forget is that, the wrong thing that most people do eventually becomes right since everyone is doing it~FALSE.
Christian mindset...
For us Christians, we don't just choose, we discern. Discernment is to see things with whole understanding and analyzing it base on the truth that God sets for us believers.
So,today if you are in the verge of confusion between doing the will of God and your own personal desire, always remember
The right thing may be DIFFICULT but it is POSSIBLE.
Let us practise the #christianmindset everytime we are tempted to do the things that only satisfies the flesh and deteriorate the soul.God bless everyone :-)
