Said is the kingdom of chocolate. His complete apotheosis. Everything that has ever been created that chocolate is there, among its gourmet counters, its shop windows, shelves and beliefs. It was there where chocolate was once the engine of the factory that produced it, now recovered to create a sweet and creamy world, where you sit on old milk containers while sipping a chocolate cocktail or daring one of the many cakes available.

From Said, everything reminds us that it is an old chocolate factor. The picture on the walls, iron molds were once used to make chocolates in the corners, old copper machines to temper chocolate. Easter egg molds like bread baskets; a triumph of chocolates in the shop windows at the entrance; glass jars filled with confetti; small hidden corners where you can have a romantic dinner or taste the chocolate on soft sofas, also used for recovery molds for chocolate bars to take the bill and large windows that form a cosy winter garden.
But Said is not just a delicious breakfast in the morning or a sweet afternoon and/or evening embrace. Said is also a delicious restaurant, opened for lunch and dinner, which respects the Roman tradition, with a touch of originality... chocolate!
If you'd ever have thought of combining cocoa bean with eggplant caponata, it's because you haven't eaten from Said! In the menu, next to the now famous grey truffle with black truffle flakes, a must in every season, you will also find the cacio and pepper with artichokes and flakes of dark chocolate, white wine meatballs, the traditional Roman stalks but seasoned to perfection, a delicious cake of artichokes in pasta fillo on pecorino cream... in short, there's a delicious cake of artichokes in pasta fillo on pecorino cream.

If you are able to eat everything on the menu, you may not be able to fully enjoy the magnificent desserts that await you! To understand us, we are talking about the stuffed chocolates, which you can taste by personally choosing them from the delicious shop windows, chocolate cakes and pears, brownies, sachers, amarettos and chocolate, 90% dark, and mignons, which are the ones I prefer by far!
You can taste 3,5 or 9 pieces by putting practically everything in the large format, and maybe even more because among the mignons, there is also a glass of chocolates filled with liquid chocolate and you can also choose topping: milk, dark or white! And if it weren't enough, coffee is deliciously accompanied by dark beans!
