Yeah, you heard that right. I gained like 10 LBS this month for being somewhat inactive (due to back issues) but it's time to get rid of it. 🏋
It's crazy how one can gain weight so fast in couple of weeks by eating like shit and sitting around the computer trading crypto all day! 📲
No worries, I've been at this spot many times before. It will take me a few days to shed this extra weight!

Yeah, when a person eats like crap for a few weeks, the extra weight is basically mostly "water weight" from all the carbs and sodium one eats.
Not a lot of people know that. 🤔
It's pretty crazy how a persons weight can fluctuate so fast by just eating one shitty meal in a day! 🤷♂️
When I have my cheat day, I usually gain about 10 LBS of weight and get all bloated and shit! 🤦
However, by intermittent fasting the next day and drinking a gallon of water... I get back to my normal weight, it's pretty crazy if you think about it.
I find it pretty funny when people say it's impossible to lose 10 LBS in one day. Yes you can! All you have to do is intermittent fast (OMAD 1 huge ass meal in a day), drink lots of water and do 45 cardio or gym session and you're all good.
So when a person said that they lost 10 LBS in a month.... I ask them, "that's it"... I can do that in a day!" Most of them won't believe you and that is ok.... they just don't know what they are doing.
It's freaking hilarious. 😂
Anyways, instead of me talking about the crash in the crypto markets Today.. I wanted to share something different.. It's much more exciting than seeing all crypto "fear" crash posts!
