2nd day of Camping | Day 21 of 90

People always wonder what to do when camping, honestly, it is just relaxing and resting. It's a little bit like escaping yourself from work, city life and all the stress from reality or relationship and etc.

What I did?

I rest, scrolling my phone, writing blogs, learning my online course, play board games, workout, eat and live in the moment. That's it!

What workout I did?

It's been a while I haven't work out at my gym. The main reason was that my ankle is still in pain from falling down. I sprained it at least 1 month plus ago. I have been doing some strengthening workout to strengthen the muscle.
