For those of us who feel Muslim, must understand the procedures of prayer, prayers in accordance with the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad Shollallohu 'alaihi wassallam.
As he said: "Pray as you see me pray".
So in the prayer there are correct rules and guidance, not the origin of praying.

That is the movement of prayer that is in accordance with the guidance of the prophet, where every movement we include with the proposition or foundation, so not only imitate the movements of people who do not have knowledge. With the proposition or foundation, we can be more steady in carrying out and perform the worship. Whatever it is.
As the Prophet says: "AL 'SCIENCE QOBLAL QAULI WAL' AMAL" (before you do or act and do good, just have the knowledge first)
Because with science we can be more understand and more calm in implementing or explaining to others and for our own person.
