Saludos a todos mi lectores/Greetings to all my readers
Hello friends. I continue to show more of my Maracaibera land and of several photographic shots of the central helmet, of other places in this area, which I hope you enjoy knowing about them through this content.
Teatro Baralt/Baralt Theater
Cultural space that emerged in the 19th century in our Zulia region, whose inauguration was dated June 24, 1883. A beautiful space where we can mention within its history that this was the first theater where cinematographic art was projected in our country, here in Venezuela on January 28, 1897.
In 1811 the door was knocked to request a Theater for Maracaibo before the Court of Spain. But it was years later when through the initiative of a man named Miguel Antonio Baralt, who in 1840 improvised a theater with a reed roof on the site of his residence, the city finally had a space for theatrical specification. And so, over the years it has been a space that has undergone renovations, as well as several projections and cultural actors.
Registered is that our Baralt Theater was declared a national historical monument on November 5, 1981, according to official gazette No. 32,347.

Casa de la Capitulación / Capitulation House
On one side separated by the street, is the one known as the Capitulation House or Morales House, another of the ancient and valuable architectures in our region.
Observing it is taking you back to the colonial era in the mid-18th century due to its structure, its windows, its design. In 1965 it was declared a National Historic Monument by the National Board of Protection and Conservation of the Historic and Artistic Heritage of the Nation.
Nowadays it is a historical museum, in front of the Plaza Bolívar, next to the Government Palace of Maracaibo.
Palacio de los Cóndores / Palace of the Condors
The well-known Palacio de los Cóndores is nothing more than the Government Palace, it is one of the most representative buildings in the historic center of Maracaibo. In 1841 it was the beginning of its construction and in 1868 the grand opening.
Investigating a little to share with you, I found that on February 7, 1986, the National Board of Protection and Conservation of the Historic and Artistic Heritage of the Nation, declared this place as a National Historic Monument for its neoclassical style.
In the upper part, towards the corner of the next photo, you can see the image of these large birds called condors; These two sculptures are located towards the upper corners throughout the top of the building to the east and west.
