Hoy para #beersaturday os traigo una nueva cerveza de estos ingleses que descubrí hace poco y me han conquistado. Se trata de la The Gallium Anomally de Azvex Brewing .
Estos chicos de Liverpool están causando revuelo en el mundo de la cerveza artesana por méritos propios. Buenas cervezas, muy bien elaboradas, con gran variedad de registros y con un corte moderno.

La mayoría de referencias que he probado de Azvex, tienen varios denominadores en común. IPA de corte moderno, con muchos toques frutales, meolsas, densas, sabrosas y fáciles de beber. Por otro lado, en casi todas ellas se puede ver el gusto de los maestros cerveceros por los lúpulos neocelandeses. En esta ocasión se juntan el clásico americano Mosaic, con los exóticos Motueka y Riwaka. Combinación ganadora.

Most of the Azvex references that I have tried have several denominators in common. IPA with a modern cut, with many fruity touches, meolsas, dense, tasty and easy to drink. On the other hand, in almost all of them you can see the brewmasters' taste for New Zealand hops. On this occasion, the classic American Mosaic is brought together with the exotic Motueka and Riwaka. Winning combination.
