Realmente me encantó.

Today I show you one of the liquid jewels that I was able to try in the Brasserie Cantillon factory in Brussels. A place where lambic or spontaneously fermented beer takes on another dimension and becomes art. One of the Meccas of world beer.
This is the new creation of these geniuses: "the Tarlantillon".

Beer: Tarlantillon
Brewery: Brasserie Cantillon
Style: Lambic Gueze
Alcohol: I didn't really put it on 😂
Format: Bottle of 750 ml

Really complex on the palate due to the number of aromas and nuances it presents, perhaps one of the most complex Cantillons I have tasted. First a marked flavor of sweet spicy white grapes. Later soft malts, small touches of currant and finally the oak from the barrel appears. Medium acidity, full-bodied and impeccable carbonation. I really loved it.

Although you can find some of Cantillon's references in bars and specialized shops, unfortunately if you want to try this or one of its most exclusive beers, you have to visit its brewery in Brussels, since they don't let you buy the bottle to drink later. . How they say "Travel feels very bad to them" and they will always uncork it before giving it to you to drink.
