Antes de la descripción de la cerveza, un poco de explicación. Las famosas IPA (India Pale Ale) que tan de moda están, presentan muchos sub-estilos en cuanto a su elaboración:
- West coast IPA: Muy amargas, Mis favoritas 😍😍😍😍
- Hazy IPA: Mas turbias, densas y afrutadas y que están muy de moda.
- New England IPA: Con levadura New England en su elaboración y de corte similar a las Hazy.
- Brut IPA: Más achampanadas.
- Cold IPA: Con malta Pilsner y levadura lager, lo que les da un color más cristalino y las hacen más fáciles de beber.
- Balck IPA: Con maltas tostadas que aportan ese color y sabores característicos de las cervezas negras en cominación con el sabor amargo de las IPA.
- Etc...
Y también nos encontramos con tres categorías en función de su graduación:
- Session IPA: Menos de 5-6º
- IPA: De 6 á 8º
- Double / Imperial IPA: de más de 8º
Madre mia!!!! Si yo solo quería beber cerveza y resulta que tengo que estudiar para ello.
Pues bien, la cerveza que hoy os muestro es una session IPA realmente buena. Muy refrescante con los sabores cítricos y amargos en perfecta armonía. Y con un aroma y un cuerpo muy marcado para ser una session IPA. Este tipo de cervezas es ideal para el calor ya que resulta muy suave pero no renuncia en ningún momento al sabor.
Tuve la suerte de probarla en el mismo local - fábrica, que la cervecera tiene en el centro de Barcelona. Un local muy cuidado y elegante en el que poder tomar cerveza tranquilamente y llevarte después unas cuantas latas para casa, ya que sus cuatro neveras encontrarás todas las referencias disponibles de la marca.

Well, the beer I'm showing you today is a really good session IPA. Very refreshing with citrus and bitter flavors in perfect harmony. And with a very marked aroma and body to be an IPA session. This type of beers is ideal for hot weather as it is very smooth but does not give up flavor at any time.
I was lucky enough to try it in the same place - factory, that the brewery has in the center of Barcelona. A very neat and elegant place where you can quietly drink beer and then take a few cans home with you, since you will find all the available references of the brand in its four refrigerators.
An excellent place to visit if you like beer and pass through Barcelona.
