Tras un festival de cerveza tan importante como el MASH de Barcelona, siempre surgen ideas y proyectos entre cerveceras. De eso saben mucho los chicos de Garage Beer Co, organizadores del evento, que nos traen cuatro cervezas con colaboraciones con las mejores marcas americanas que pasaron por el evento.

Nadie mejor que alguien de la Costa Oeste para elaborar una verdadera WEST COAST. ¡Madre mía que bombazo de lúpulo!. No se han guardado nada. La cerveza es amarga como el primer día de trabajo después de vacaciones. Ellos mismos cuentan en el reverso de la lata, que nunca habían utilizado tanto lúpulo. Eso se agradece y se nota en el paladar. Esta cerveza no deja prisioneros.
El color es cristalino, como mandan los cánones. Espuma densa y persistente. Aroma a cereal y pino. Resina por todos los lados y un poco de sabor cítrico muy al final del trago.
No conocía esta cervecera americana, pero si todo lo hacen así... me la apunto.
Cerveza muy top.

No one better than someone from the West Coast to make a true WEST COAST. My goodness, what a blast of hops! Nothing has been saved. Beer is bitter like the first day of work after vacation. They themselves say on the back of the can that they have never used so much hops. That is appreciated and noticeable on the palate. This beer leaves no prisoners.
The color is crystalline, as the canons dictate. Dense and persistent foam. Aroma of cereal and pine. Resin on all sides and a little citrus flavor at the end of the drink.
I didn't know this American brewery, but if they do everything like this... I'll sign it up.
