Me encanta ir a las tiendas especializadas en cerveza y comprobar las nuevas cerveceras que van asomando en el panorama craft. La semana pasada me encontré con varias referencias de esta nueva cervecera belga. No había oído hablar de ella, así que me hice con varias latas. Las primeras impresiones son buenas.

La cerveza intenta acercarse a las clásicas West Coast americanas, pero le falta un poco de amargor y sabor a pino para ello. Sin embargo la cerveza no tiene ningún fallo, tiene mucho sabor y está muy bien hecha.
Soy de los que me fijo mucho en las etiquetas de las cervezas. Por delante y por detrás. En este caso el diseño delantero es muy bonito, pero echo de menos un poco más de información sobre ingredientes, así como los lúpulos que lleva, en la parte trasera de la etiqueta.
I love going to specialty beer stores and checking out the new breweries that are popping up on the craft scene. Last week I came across several references to this new Belgian brewery. I hadn't heard of it, so I got hold of several cans. First impressions are good.

The beer tries to get closer to the classic American West Coast, but it lacks a bit of bitterness and pine flavor for it. However, the beer has no fault, it has a lot of flavor and is very well made.
I am one of those who pay close attention to beer labels. Ahead and behind. In this case the front design is very nice, but I miss a little more information about ingredients, as well as the hops it contains, on the back of the label.
