Time flies! Just completed the 36th brawl with my awesome guild, which is none other than Pizza 2 The Deep Dish!
- Fun In The Discord Chats
Really appreciated the interaction in the Discord chats within the Pizza guilds. During the preparation phase, there's a lot of information sharing and discussion on who to fill each fray. During the brawls, there were reminders to members to complete their brawl battles. And after the brawls, there were celebratory messages and some members (including me) would write about our experience in the brawls. Aside from brawls, I thought the donations were also very well organised and tabulated, with lucky draws to incentivise donors as well.
- Staying In Bronze Fray
For this brawl, I decided to stick to what I fought in the last fray, which was Fray 6, which was 3/2/2/1. I felt I was starting to find my grove and this fray is neither too difficult nor too easy for me.
Had 5 battles this time and it was not an easy round. I had challenges fielding my lineups for some weird reason. Moreover, I have rented out most of my cards because I was playing lesser these days. Fortunately, the result turned out ok and wasn't as bad as I expected.
- We Got 2nd!
So for the final result, we were back to the podium and finished 2nd out of 10 guilds and got 808 Merits! An awesome result!
Individually, I had 5 fights this time and I managed to win 3 of them. Finished 6th within the guild!

Battle 1 - WIN
Gladius Card Used: Relenor Cleaver
I finished the battle with 5 cards still standing, despite it being a Poison battle. My team was just too strong in terms of card levels, card selection and I also had a Gladius card. Very easy and comfortable start!

Battle 2 - WIN
Gladius Card Used: Isgald Vorst
My choice of Summoner was off because I was attempting to counter Magic cards but my opponent went for a Melee lineup. I was initially nervous because we both put out the same Gladius card and my opponent had his Bloodlust first. Ultimately, Djinn Oshannus's 10 HP proved just too much for my opponents break through and it was yet another comfortable win.

Battle 3 - WIN
Gladius Card Used: Isgald Vorst
Another Water vs Water lineup. The opposing Serpent of Eld posed a lot of problems for my team after Enraged, but fortunately my team managed to get enough hits to sent my opponent packing. The obvious difference was that I had a Gladius card which had Bloodlust. My Water lineups are really carrying my brawl performance and that's 3 out of 3 Water wins so far!

Battle 4 - LOSE
Gladius Card Used: Gorth
Just when I thought I might get my first ever 100% win for a brawl, I saw Yodin Zaku on the opposing side and I knew I had no chance. Grum with Bloodlust and Blast was almost unbeatable and my team just fell apart.

Battle 5 - LOSE
Gladius Card Used: Isgald Vorst
Isgald Vorst appeared for the 3rd battle this brawl and he's probably tired. I lost this time because I didn't have a healer to back my Djinn Oshannus, unlike my opponent.
MVP: None
So that sums up my 5 battles for this brawl! 60% win rate so I will take it!
Review Of Gladius Cards
The Merits are coming in fast and I have enough Merits for my 18th Gladius case! This was the best image I could capture - not sure why the images didn't load. Anyway, my bad luck continues, just the minimum 4 Commons and 1 Rare.
