Jiyue is a brand owned 65% by Geely and 35% by Baidu. In this company, Baidu is mainly responsible for software. The 07 EV is built on Geely's SEA (Sustainable Experience Architecture) platform, which is already used to build the Volvo EX90 and EX30 and Polestar 4 (slightly modified). The design of the car has been awarded the prestigious iF Design Award 2023 and the Red Dot 2023 car design winner.
Jiyue will be produced from the beginning of next year, with the first deliveries expected closer to summer. Two powertrains will be available (single-motor – 268 hp and dual-motor – 536 hp) and two batteries 71.4 kWh (LFP) and 100 kWh (NMC). The price has not yet been revealed.
