Happy 4/20. Today is a traditional celebration of cannabis and the role it has played in our culture and collective consciousness.
Like most recent celebrations, this holiday ha been embraced through online gatherings including Zoom and other social media outlets.
Our Weedcash.Network friends have their own cannabis-focused platform that has transitioned to the Hive-Engine service along with Lotus are celebrating.
Many US cities including Seattle have allowed legal cannabis dispensaries to remain open as essential services. This was a major vote of confidence in thesector, which has been hard hit in both 2019 and 2020. We missed some much needed support for NY cannabis legalization as the pandemic has hit NYC and Cuomo has focused on this major issue. We need to take this as a win and help spread the word that legalization and decriminalization are essential. Let us take this 4/20 to reflect on how far we have come.
