This building has an interesting story, from what I remember reading
it is built over a Lutheran Church which occupied one corner of the site
So a design with the first 9 floors being basically stilts and a Chevron support structure and all was going well with construction till a design student studied the building and found miscalculations in how much wind the building could withstand

So major upgrades were needed and successfully completed otherwise if a fairly big storm had hit the city there would have been a chance it could have collapsed

This was all back in 1978 and the building still stands proud and looks cool
