Roosevelt Four Freedoms Park which I see across the East River from Manhattan, but I found out it does not open till 9 Am and by ( AM I had to be in the office most days but maybe one day I will sneak out and visit the Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms Park, but for this post I will focus on this building I saw and thought looked interesting

Its good to be flexible when I saw the park I wanted to go to was closed I could have turned back and left the Island, but by walking around I came across this interesting building.
