When cycling, we are always looking for anything that can give us an advantage. As well, I'm not getting any younger so the longer I'm on this fabulous planet, the more options I'm willing to try. Yoga is one of those exercise routines that helps me immensely. Yoga is so much more than just stretching, so if you don't have experience in it, give it a try!
