We should not tolerate those that are doing evil in the church because others also will be contaminated.

When the church doesn't expel the evil doers, it means the leaders there are supporters of the evil.
What are the sin against the holy Spirit?
This is when you speak against the holy Spirit, it means going contrary to the doctrine of the holy spirit intentionally.
That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.

We should avoid things offered to idols and things strangled to death. The holy Spirit forbid teens offered to idols. Are made of wood, silver iron and others. Any food that bears the mark of an idol is abominable and our god go against it.
God do not want us to eat blood because blood contains life and it is sacred for God, and it is used for atonement.
And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

God commandment is to pour out blood from the body of a slaughtered animal and the blood should be covered with dust.
We are to avoid fornication, and this one occasion is not like the usual sexual immorality but our body. The Bible says that our body is the Temple of the almighty God, therefore we should no longer of our body two idols.
