Kushtia Islamic University (EB) organized the Baishakhi festival for the three-day 'Bangla Nababarsha-1425'.
Today, at 10am on Saturday, the festival was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Prof. Harun-ur-Rashid came in.
During the inauguration, the Chief VC said, "Paola Baishakh is the festival of life of Bengali culture, where there is no discrimination and division. All of us have to be cautious about the terrible loss of our local culture due to the destruction of society and civilization.
The three-day program will be held from 3pm to 8pm on every day. At the same time, Baishakhi and Science Fair will be held from 10am to 8pm for the next three days. The program was organized in different departments, residential halls and cultural organizations.
Marketing Department Professor Dr. Under the chairmanship of Zakaria Rahman, Associate Professor of Bangla Department conducted the discussion and cultural program. Baki Billah Bikul and Assistant Professor Tisha Chakma.
