I haven't made a fully developed fan character in quite a while. I loosely based him off me, but mostly what I WANT to be.
Jado is a straight up honest guy and a friend to all.(Well, almost all) Looking at his quirk you might think that he's more of a trickster. But actually, Jado is one of the sweetest people you could ever meet. He's a social butterfly and is very happy go lucky.
As previously stated, his quirk is that he can copy other people's quirks and use them as his own. He has to focus his mind on the person in question. The person also has to be near by as well for Jado to maintain their quirk. Jado's body was built to change and adapt to almost every quirk. However, just because he can copy a quirk isn't a guarantee that he can master it right away. Along with his kind personality, Jado always tries to ask before copying someone else's quirk.
You might have noticed that his hero outfit makes him kinda look like a ninja. Jado needs to wear thin, light clothing so that his body can easily do what it has to in order to adapt to as many quirks as he can. For instance, if he were to copy Tsuyu's frog quirk, he'd need all the room he can get for his hands and feet to become large and amphibian like.
The smile on his bandana was inspired by All Might.
Other minor details include personality traits. He can be a bit overconfident sometimes. As well as a little sassy with people. However he is still very loyal to his friends and will help in every way he can.
He's also the only student in class 1A to be in a relationship. Though his girlfriend goes to another school, so he's usually seen texting her on his phone.
He'd be the fourth friend in the trio of friends that are Midoriya, Uraraka and Iida. Jado and Midoriya sometimes geek out over All Might and the other Pro Heroes. Midoriya also lets Jado look in his hero notes to help him better understand and master other people's quirks. He's aware of Uraraka having feelings for Midoriya and is willing to help with talking and advice. He's also tends to be the foil to Iida's strict attitude. For instance, at the entrance exam when Iida c0ckbl0cks Midoriya from Uraraka,"I don't think saying 'thank you' is going to distract her from the exam..."
Jado never had many friends growing up. Most kids his age were disgusted with him since he could copy all of their quirks. Some also teased him for not having an original quirk rather than copying others. So Jado tries to be the best friend he possibly can so that people will see him for being a kind gentleman instead of just being some copycat.
I put a lot of thought into this character. I hope he's not too OP/Marty Stu! I just wanted to make him a pure boi.
