Hard work is necessary for us to learn to value what we achieve with effort, but it is also possible to work smartly and efficiently by making our burdens lighter. I do not mean at all to become lazy people but to make the best use of our time and also of our skills.
One of the things I usually do when I find something very tedious but can't do without it is to try to automate it. I tend to be very forgetful so automating what I have trouble remembering is a way to relieve the mental pressure of having to remember some specific steps or tasks that I have to do.
To alleviate our burdens we just need to spend a minute of our time thinking about how we can do that thing that causes us so much trouble in a simpler way. Another thing I like to do is to finish the most complicated tasks in the morning because my body is rested and my mind is fresh.

Bienvenido a mi blog.
El trabajo duro es necesario para que aprendamos a valorar lo que conseguimos con esfuerzo, pero también es posible trabajar de forma inteligente y eficiente aligerando nuestras cargas. No me refiero en absoluto a convertirnos en personas perezosas, sino a aprovechar al máximo nuestro tiempo y también nuestras habilidades.
Una de las cosas que suelo hacer cuando algo me resulta muy tedioso pero no puedo prescindir de ello es intentar automatizarlo. Suelo ser muy olvidadizo, así que automatizar lo que me cuesta recordar es una forma de aliviar la presión mental de tener que recordar algunos pasos o tareas concretas que tengo que hacer.
Para aliviar nuestros agobios sólo tenemos que dedicar un minuto de nuestro tiempo a pensar en cómo podemos hacer eso que nos causa tantos problemas de una manera más sencilla. Otra cosa que me gusta hacer es terminar las tareas más complicadas por la mañana porque mi cuerpo está descansado y mi mente está fresca.
