Exercising one's freedom isn't selfish. Selfishness is forcing other people to sacrifice their freedom in exchange for YOUR idea of security.
Also, don't claim to be 'spiritual' or 'enlightened' if you condone using force against peaceful people and take joy in threatening to lock people up for not complying with the medical tyranny that has been imposed upon us for the last 12 months.
True spiritual teachers are anti-authoritarian and preach civil disobedience in the face of tyranny, because freedom is the highest truth.
