Missed Exercise

It's summer and getting really hot even at 9 in the morning. I'm committed to jogging at least 4k a day with a cut-off at 930 am.

So if I start earlier, I'll jog longer, say maybe 6k or 8k. Definitely feeling healthier but it would have been better if we didn't have these corona outbreaks happening from time to time.

I'm going to go prepare lunch and it's going to be a healthier lunch and dinner. If there's one positive to have come out of this covid experience, it is paying more attention to mine and my family's health.
