I bought 3 boxes of cakes from my friend, she opened a bakery and I was the first person to buy them.
Cake box 1: passion fruit cake mixed with mango cake
1 box of cakes costs 40,000 VND (1.7 USD) including black pearls. These are her beautiful cakes, I like the passion fruit cake the most, it tastes delicious and so soft. Passionfruit Cake or " mousse passion" consists of a sponge cake that is moistened with passion fruit juice and then topped with a mousse. The cake is frosted with whipped cream and served chilled I feel like the cake cream is melting in my mouth when i see it. It’s light, it is just the right amount of sweetness, fruity and perfect for summer!
Nothing compared to the fragrance of fresh passion fruit! The taste is so well balanced that it’s good enough to be served even without a layer of cake. Hmm but she sold all my favorite passion fruit cake, so I had to buy another passion fruit cake, but it was a normal cake and covered with passion fruit, anyway it was delicious when eaten cool. Can keep them in the fridge and serve within 2 days. I asked her to put more mango cake in the box for me, I want to try all the cake flavors here. I will order this again.
Cake box 2: Matcha cake + chocolate cake + passion fruit cake
I love matcha so my favorite drink these days is the Matcha Green Tea Latte from Hightland. Hehhee of course I can't say no to this matcha cake.
I ordered this cake from her and I love the taste and texture of it. Not too sweet and not too dry and the matcha taste is present along with a mild amount of sweetness. Did you see? This cake has a rich flavor, we will never get bored with this cake. Because if you feel the chocolate cake is so fat, you will switch to eating passion fruit cake or matcha cake, it will make you feel lighter.
I definitely will order this again soon.

Delicious fudgey milo chocolatey goodness!!!it was moist, tender and subtly spiked with milo. The cake itself was perfectly moist, fluffy, was amazing.
