The whole SteemArena team really liked the comment from @dragonblades in our last post about SteemArena. @dragonblades mentioned that
“There is not any robot nor even an epic one that can pounce like Chuck Norris”.
This got us thinking, why no make such an epic robot?
And there he is, the toughest robot out there! Meet Chuck!
He will be one of the 4 Limited Edition Presale robots. Lively Steem community, which gave us a ton of feedback is one of the main reasons, why we have decided to develop a game on Steem Blockchain. We are willing to let the community help us decide on the rest of the 3 Limited Edition Presale robots.

How to contribute to the creation of Presale Robots?
Brainstorm and write in the comments below any amount of robots which you think should be in the Presale Limited edition.
We will gather all the robot ideas from the comments after 7 days of publishing this post. Later, we will pick top 10 robot ideas our team really likes and out of these top 10, we will vote on the 3 winners. Most probably we will make a public poll on Steemit for everyone to have a chance to vote.

Token SteemArena Parts
SeemArena Parts will be the token used to generate or build robots. Think of it as spare parts used to manufacture a robot. Each robot will consist of 100 spare parts and the robot can be manufactured in a factory, upgraded to another level, meltdown for spare parts to create a completely new robot, or sold back to our SteemArena account. Tokens are issued only after purchasing of robots or spare parts for STEEM.
Manufacture robots
If you want to manufacture a new robot, you can send 100 spare parts to us and we will ship a newly generated robot to your account. The robot will be generated randomly and sometimes we will ship robots with rare (superior or painted) parts. Everyone will have an equal chance to get rare parts. More detail on the percent chance to get those rare parts is coming up in the next posts.
Upgrade robots to another level
After the presale, we will make it possible for you to upgrade your robots by combining robots of the same levels together. With each new level, your robot will randomly receive a point to either Health, Power, Aim, or Luck. Each skill will help them win other robots when playing on the Arena.
Melt down your robot for spare parts
If you decide that your robot is not good enough for you, you can visit the mechanic and he will help you to get your robot melt down into spare parts. The mechanic will get you from 80 to 100 spare parts for your robot depending on his experience and how regularly you visit him.
More detail about the mechanic, his experience and amount of spare parts you can get from your robot will be revealed in upcoming posts.
100% Guaranteed Buy Back
As promised in our first post we are going to have a 100% Guaranteed Buy Back functionality. If you ever decide to sell your robot, you can either sell him on the market to another user, or you can sell him directly to our SteemArena account and we will refund you what you paid for him, minus 20% commission. The commission is there to further help the development of SteemArena and so that players cannot abuse the system by regeneration robots until they get really rare ones.
There will be a buyback fund specially made for this purpose. After each sale, 80% will go directly into this fund, so that people can always sell back their robots to us. This is a guarantee that your robot will never lose value and your maximum risk is 20%.
How are funds distributed
SteemArena is a provably fair transparent game build on top of the Blockchain and we are open to sharing how funds will be distributed. After a robot is purchased, 80% goes to buyback account 10% goes to SteemArena promotion and development and another 10% is distributed between SteemArena investors, partners, and founders.
We get the current price for parts by taking the amount of buyback fund dividing it by the number of parts issued and we get the price for one part. After converting parts to robots, parts get burned.
Parts will be sold in increments of 60, for example, 60/120/180.
Stimulating card growth:
We will regularly use the funds which get deposited as a 20% commission and put them into the buyback fund while issuing robots for double the price. For example, we have 20 STEEM in the fund, the current price is 5 STEEM for 100 parts, we will transfer 20 STEEM to buyback fund and issues 200 parts instead of 400.
This way two things are going to happen:
Mechanic’s skill will grow and it will be cheaper to melt down the robot to spare parts price will gradually increase, thus making the market price for robots grow.
