Ahoi and welcome to the monthly Captain’s Log!
So let’s see what came along by one month of working hard (/kicking asses :D)!
Actually we were mostly hustling hard on the launch of the NEW Alpha Fame Feature, besides a SoS Tournament and a Game Festival…
Internal SoS Tournament #4
But first things first. As a final preparation for the Alpha Fame Launch, we of course had to have our Invitational Synergy of Serra Tournament #4. Master of Synergy of Serra is, without any doubt, nor any loose, nor anything close to that, still Master summerflame! 👑
2. Play To Earn Festival
No seriously, we even worked hard on the Alpha Fame Feature by attending the 2. Play to Earn Gaming Festival! Nederob again organized an amazing event to meet the biggest of the biggest of the Blockchain Gaming Sector (including us :D)! With 13k happy visitors the festival doubled its previous editon from half a year ago. And again many of them were able to win giveaways, including Synergy of Serra Crates!
Smart Contract Migration
Besides that, we also migrated our smart contracts into an advanced architecture. This is actually part of the new Alpha Fame Feature Release “and enables us to add other cool features in the future, e.g. enabling third party marketplaces, splitting crates, and liquidity pool functionality”.
The new Synergy of Serra Assets contract is: (0xCf30AeeBF2ef45FbC27e4761E2B842313dfBf99b)
For the Feature of Splitting Crates, we added 18 decimals to the number which shows you the amount of crates you are looking at.
Ah and it seems like Opensea has not caught up with this new feature yet. We are already working on fixing that. Until then lean back and enjoy the view. :)
Alpha Fame Feature Release
Of course, we did manage to launch Alpha Fame easily in time, just like promised on our roadmap! (3 days before end :D)
The Alpha Fame Feature is released to support early adopters. Serrans can deposit their Synergy of Serra Crates and earn Alpha Fame, which later on can be used to receive exclusive items.
Reward Distribution starts: April 4th
Reward Distribution ends: End of Alpha Phase (Limited supply!)
Deposit Amounts: No Min/Max
Deposit/Withdraw: Any time — instant!
Weekly Distribution: 10,000,000 Alpha Fame between all participants
Alpha Fame Distribution: 30% Alpha Fame Feature / 70% Alpha Seasonal Ladder
Tradable: Ever heard of somebody trading fame? No!

Alpha Fame Interface got embedded into the Inventory page on SynergyOfSerra.com. Until the distribution starts, a timer replaces the display for earned Alpha Fame.

What’s going on in the Community
M4rc0 keeps creating great Synergy of Serra models! This time he is working on a stunning 3D model of Chisaku!
Psilo Cybin found out there is a way to watch for SoS whales on opensea and called to become the new #1.
Hellphy started another Meme Contest going on in our Discord channel riddles-n-contests. Submisions will be open till 20th April 2021. Let’s hope people will behave well…
