So if you've ever noticed, in my signature is a referral link for Simbi, the barter economy site. I just read in an email from them, they are now making a new project on blockchain, so I thought I'd share. The whitepaper isn't out yet, but it looks like it aims to be an eBay/Amazon Marketplace competitor, minus the "trusted" middle men and all their fees (much like banksters). Because of course, blockchain is the safety guarantee!

There will be tokens where people could possibly be rewarded for using crypto, or for sharing their info so sellers can direct market (like, when you give your email to a website's mailing list; only instead of getting Random Shit emails from eBay, you get emails from the sellers you care about. I get a lot of "this is popular!!" eBay email. Idgaf, eBay. I'm buying a solar panel and a humorous crypto mug through you, not iPhones and high heeled sandals. WTF).
I don't know what blockchain they are building on, so I Tweeted them to ask.
