If you dont know what options are - you probably arent excited by this news. To put it simply - more people will have access to more money to take advantage of both declines and increases in price. This should encourage a new breed of investor and drive BTC higher - it will likely increase price but could affect volatility. Most mature markets allow options trading so this should be seen both as BTC growing up as well as the general acceptance and tolerance of government toward digital assets - buy and hold!
