Right now the rewards would be pretty minimal, but I suppose it depends! As the network grows it may become a decent reward. It's based on the number of transactions your node actually relays and the size of the fees attached. Right now fees are fractions of a penny. If you run a well-connected node then that could add up, especially as new users start utilizing LN.
