Hive Philippines Travel and Nature Photography #251 - by Allmonitors

#251 - After a rainy evening the bees are back in the morning and started collecting pollens of these yellow and orange flowers.

The garden we visited is a ride away from the main streets of this city. We took a cab one early morning to get here and there were only few visitors yet at that time.

We ended up to a portion of the Botanical garden where flowers like these orange and yellow coreopsis which are growing in abundance here.

There is already a bee visiting one of the orange flower and started to dig on the precious nectars of the flower.

There is also another bee which chose to collect nectars from a flowers missing some of its petals already because of the rain last night it might have fallen off.

Here are some more yellow flowers that look like small sunflowers. One of them is also missing a number of its petals which could be due to many factors.

Then a heavy honey bee just clings to this yellow flower collecting its pollen while the flower slowly bows down because of the weight of the bee.
