Para el #beersaturday de esta semana os traigo una excepcional cerveza de Verdant Brewing Co. Estos muchachos ingleses muestran un nivel increíble en todas sus elaboraciones y no tienen techo.
En mi reciente viaje a Londres he probado varias de sus cervezas, todas ellas recién enlatadas, y es impresionante su calidad y buen hacer. Para mí, sin duda alguna, estamos hablando de la mejor cervecera artesana del Reino Unido.

Los fanáticos de las IPA como yo, siempre andamos buscando la IPA perfecta. Nunca encontramos esa cerveza que llegue a ser un diez. Pues bien, esta se acerca muchísimo. Va directa a mi TOP 1 del año.
Ya solo el aroma, fruto de un triple Dry Hopping es abrumador. En boca se confirman los presagios. Un bombazo de lúpulo verde y fresco con un amargor que deja ese picor que tanto nos gusta a los fans del lúpulo. Densa, cremosa, sedosa y con la fruta por debajo camuflando los casi 9º de alcohol que apenas se notan.
Una cerveza redonda. Bravo por Verdant una vez más.
For this week's #beersaturday I bring you an exceptional beer from Verdant Brewing Co. These English guys show an incredible level in all their brews and they have no ceiling.
On my recent trip to London I have tried several of their beers, all of them freshly canned, and their quality and craftsmanship is impressive. For me, without a doubt, we are talking about the best craft brewery in the United Kingdom.

IPA fans like me are always looking for the perfect IPA. We never find that beer that reaches a ten. Well, this one is very close. It goes straight to my TOP 1 of the year.
The aroma alone, the result of triple Dry Hopping, is overwhelming. In the mouth the omens are confirmed. A blast of fresh, green hops with a bitterness that leaves that sting that hop fans love so much. Dense, creamy, silky and with the fruit underneath camouflaging the almost 9º of alcohol that is barely noticeable.
A round beer. Bravo to Verdant once again.
