Para el #beersaturday de esta semana os traigo un cervezón americano que demuestra por qué los Estados unidos están actualmente a otro nivel en Cerveza artesana. Allí el consumo de cerveza de fabricación no industrial tiene una cuota de mercado del 30%, muy por encima del 3% que actualmente hay en España por ejemplo. Eso permite investigar, crecer, invertir y crear mejor producto. Solo tienes que entrar en un supermercado normal y volverte loco con la cantidad de cerveza artesana que tienen. Cosa que no pasa en mi país donde es imposible encontrar una cerveza artesana de calidad, salvo que vayas a tiendas muy concretas o bares especializados. Así es como adquirí yo este bombazo. En mi bar de referencia, el "Beer Corner" en Zaragoza que recientemente celebró su octavo aniversario y nos deleitó con cervezas como esta que os muestro. Un orgasmo líquido.

Mezcla perfecta de tradición y modernidad. La cerveza combina ese amargor que tanto nos gusta a los amantes de las IPA que te rasca el paladar cuando el lúpulo va en grandes cantidades y ademas la lata esta enlatada con menos de un mes. Y además tiene matices frutales, no muy marcados, a uva blanca que suavizan y dinamizan el trago.
La densidad y melosidad de la cerveza es espectacular. Casi se puede masticar.
Una de las cervezas más turbias que he visto en mi vida.
Finalmente el aroma es increíble y se aprecia nada más abrir la lata.

Perfect mix of tradition and modernity. The beer combines that bitterness that we IPA lovers like so much that scratches your palate when the hops are in large quantities and also the can is canned less than a month old. And it also has fruity nuances, not very marked, a white grape that softens and energizes the drink.
The density and sweetness of the beer is spectacular. You can almost chew it.
One of the cloudiest beers I have ever seen.
Finally, the aroma is incredible and can be appreciated as soon as you open the can.
