Hoy os traigo para #Beersaturday dos cervezas muy especiales para mi.
Lervig "Tasty Juice" y Lervig "Supersonic"
Ya son casi seis años los que llevo probando cerveza artesana y me gustan tanto, que se ha convertido en una de mis pasiones.
Os comento que estas cervezas son especiales para mi, porque fueron de las primeras que probé de gran calidad y mi cerebro, paladar y sistema corporal al completo, se dieron la vuelta como un calcetín y me llevaron a preguntarme... ¿Pero qué es esto? ¿Qué es lo que he estado bebiendo hasta ahora?
Siempre que tengo ocasión las compro y las incorporo a mi nevera, porque es un verdadero placer volver a degustarlas.
Cuando las probé, empezaba el BOOM de las IPA modernas, más densas, mucho más afrutadas y no tan amargas, y por aquel entonces , ahora también, Lervig Brewery abanderaba la revolución escandinava y se convertían en los referentes europeos del estilo junto a otras cerveceras como Brewski, Omnipollo, Stigbergets,...

Aunque el diseño de las latas, ha ido cambiando con el tiempo, os aseguro que el contenido sigue siendo el mismo. Excelentes cervezas, en mi opinión de las mejores IPA del mundo, al menos que yo haya probado. No dudéis en haceros con ellas si tenéis ocasión.

Whenever I have the opportunity, I buy them and add them to my fridge, because it is a real pleasure to taste them again.
When I tried them, the BOOM of modern IPAs began, thicker, much more fruity and not so bitter and at that time, now also, Lervig Brewery was leading the Scandinavian revolution and they became the European references of the style together with other breweries such as Brewski, Omnipollo, Stigbergets, ...

Although the design of the cans has changed over time, I assure you that the content remains the same. Excellent beers, in my opinion the best IPAs in the world, unless I have tried. Do not hesitate to get hold of them if you have the chance.
