Hoy os traigo para el #beersaturday una excelente cerveza de los ingleses de nacimiento asentados en Barcelona Garage Beer Co. que como ya he comentado en otros post, para mí, es una de las mejores cerveceras nacionales. Con gran proyección internacional, me encanta recorrer Europa y encontrarme en las pizarras de los bares y en las las estanterías de las tiendas de cerveza artesana sus productos. Siempre con gran relación calidad precio.

Parece que este nuevo estilo ha venido para quedarse. Mezcla de una Lager y una IPA. Las Cold IPA son cervezas fáciles de beber, muy refrescantes y cristalinas. Con el lúpulo y su característico sabor muy presente. Otas veces se han inventado cosas parecidas, como las IPL (India Pale Lager) o Hoppy Pils, Pero al final... son diferentes caminos para llegar al mismo sabor.
La cerveza está muy lograda. Fiel al estilo, muy refrescante y lupulada. Con unos sabores a cítricos muy agradables al final.

The beer is very successful. True to style, very refreshing and hoppy. With some very pleasant citrus flavors at the end.
