Una marca asentada en Aying, en la Bavaria Alemana y que lleva más de 130 años realizando excelente cerveza a un precio realmente bueno. Sus cervezas son impecables en todos los estilos clásicos. Hoy os muestro una de mis favoritas, con un nombre impronunciable para los que no somos alemanes, la Frühlingsbier.

La Frühlingsbieer, aunque se puede disfrutar todo el año, es una cerveza de temporada. A partir de marzo es cuando se produce, puesto que los lúpulos y maltas que lleva en su elaboración tienen su punto álgido en esta época del año.
Es una cerveza turbia, ya que se encuentra sin filtrar, lo que permite que los sabores a lúpulo y levadura estén más presentes. Pero es su olor a flores frescas lo que más llama la atención. En boca es muy gustosa, refrescante y fácil de beber y tiene ese puntito de lúpulo que tanto me gusta.
Al conocer personalmente al distribuidor de la marca en España, tuve la suerte de visitar hace años la Oktoberfest de Munich, dónde esta prestigiosa marca tiene su carpa puesta desde hace muchos años. Una experiencia inolvidable que recomiendo hacer a todos los amantes de la cerveza al menos una vez en la vida.

The Frühlingsbieer, although it can be enjoyed all year round, is a seasonal beer. From March is when it is produced, since the hops and malts used in its preparation have their peak at this time of year.
It is a cloudy beer, since it is unfiltered, which allows the hop and yeast flavors to be more present. But it is its smell of fresh flowers that attracts the most attention. On the palate it is very tasty, refreshing and easy to drink and it has that little touch of hops that I like so much.
By personally meeting the brand's distributor in Spain, I was lucky enough to visit the Oktoberfest in Munich years ago, where this prestigious brand has set up its tent for many years. An unforgettable experience that I recommend to all beer lovers at least once in their lives.
