Cuando dos gigantes del mundo de la cerveza artesana unen sus fuerzas... el resultado solo puede oler a éxito. Tremenda colaboración cuyo resultado es una de las mejores cervezas que he probado en lo que va de año, y eso.... es mucho decir, pues he bebido unas cuantas. 😂 🤣 😅
Cerveza: A croc and a gull story
Cerveceras: Stigbergets Bryggeri & DEYA brewing company
Estilo: Imperial IPA
Alcohol: 8.5º
IBU (International bitter unity): 65
Formato: Lata de 440 ml
En esta gran cerveza se juntan varias de las cosas que deberían tener mi cerveza ideal:
- Mucho cuerpo y densidad con un alto índice de alcohol sin que este se pronuncie demasiado.
- Un aroma muy contundente que acompañe en el trago y que potencie el sabor de la cerveza.
- Un sabor muy amargo, acompañado de matices frutales que no se apoderen del primero.
Pues bien... esta cerveza tiene todo eso y más. EXCELENTE. Una pena no haber comprado más.
En anteriores post he hablado de lo mucho que me gusta Stigbergets. Este verano tendré la oportunidad de visitarlos en Estocolmo, donde me acercaré a su brewpub a probar todas sus cervezas y hacer acopio de su merchandising que me encanta. Si tenéis ocasión de ir, no dudéis en visitarlo.

When two giants of the world of craft beer join forces... the result can only smell of success. Tremendous collaboration whose result is one of the best beers I've tasted so far this year, and that... is saying a lot, because I've drunk quite a few. 😂 🤣 😅

In this great beer, several of the things that should have my ideal beer come together:
- A lot of body and density with a high level of alcohol without it being too pronounced.
- A very forceful aroma that accompanies the drink and enhances the flavor of the beer.
- A very bitter taste, accompanied by fruit nuances that do not take over the first.
Well... this beer has all that and more. EXCELLENT. A shame I didn't buy more.
In previous posts I have talked about how much I like Stigbergets. This summer I will have the opportunity to visit them in Stockholm, where I will go to their brewpub to try all their beers and stock up on their merchandising that I love. If you have occasion to go, do not hesitate to visit it.
