Una nueva cerveza de la cervecera del País Vasco Basqueland Brewing que recientemente se ha llevado el premio a la mejor cervecera 2021 en el Barcelona Beer Challenge. Premio muy merecido por la gran evolución de ésta y la gran calidad de todos sus productos.

Pequeño homenaje de los de Hernani al archipiélago Neocelandés, puesto que todos los lúpulos que lleva en su elaboración son de Nueva Zelanda. Ésto le aporta ese toque tan exótico que quizás haga que realmente la cerveza no sea una American IPA o West Coast al uso, puesto que le falta amargor para ello. Pero aun así la cerveza es excelente, muy fácil de beber, refrescante y muy afrutada.
Lo mejor el aroma, el cual es muy potente.

La comida en su Tap room es oriental y es realmente exquisita.

A small tribute from Hernani to the New Zealand archipelago, since all the hops used in its production are from New Zealand. This gives it such an exotic touch that perhaps makes the beer not really an American IPA or West Coast to use, since it lacks bitterness for it. But still the beer is excellent, very easy to drink, refreshing and very fruity.
