2 cars, 1 camera - Bagged rides

Its been a while since I posted on Steemit. I have been busy with a few things on my side which stole most of my time. However, I did manage to get some content that I want to share with you Steemians :).

This past Sunday, 18th Feb 2018, I was able to round up 2 vehicles to accompany me on the outskirts of Stellenbosch. The first car that pulled up was Maartens unique Honda Civic.

I vlogged about this location last week (Youtube link will be below) and though that this would ideally suite the cars I was shooting as the road are buttery smooth. By the time I had got to the gate, I was told that I had a maximum of 5 minutes to get some photos and B-roll shots before we had to leave. While waiting for Abdul to arrive, I grabbed some quick snaps of Maartens car which boldly stood out in this setting.

Maartens cars is currently rolling on 18" 9j rotiform reps wrapped with 215/35/18 tires. With regards to his air setup, he has a self assembled air ride on airlift bags with V2 Autopilot management.

After a short wait, Abdul pulled up with his beautiful Chevrolet Utility bakkie, the pictures below speak for themselve.

Shortly after Abdul arrived, we were signalled to leave the premises as we were not permitted to stay after the trading hours. Before we even thought of leaving, we managed to get some pictures that had promising results due to the scenery.

Abduls bakkie is sitting on a set of 17" Work reps. Front rims are currently 8,5J wrapped with a set of 195/40R17 tires and the rears are 10J wrapped in a 205/40R17 set of tires. In terms of air suspension, he's setup currently consistis of universal airlift struts infront with a tripple bellow airlift bag in the rear fitted onto the oem shocks with a custom lower shock mount.

After capturing some shots, we then made our way further down the road where we patiently waited for that golden hour to capture some shots.
