NFT Showroom News, Current progress and additional features coming soon!

It's been a fantastic week for NFT Showroom, lots of new artists are joining and creating beautiful art!

Over the last week we've had some updates and there are a few more that will be coming shortly.

  • The most significant update has been the addition of lazy loading so the gallery now loads much quicker and greatly improves the browsing experience!
  • We have done away with the artist wallet, now there is just one main wallet so when you issue a token the rest happens in the background.
  • There have been some other minor but useful UI changes, there is now a confirmation message when applying for the whitelist and names are now hyperlinked in token data

Upcoming features

  • Currently when an artist makes a sale and there are no more editions available the art disappears from their gallery. We understand that being able to show your entire portfolio is an important part of the experience for both the artist and collectors! Very shortly there will be a toggle in the gallery so the viewer can filter between art for sale, and all art tokenized!

  • Two other key features we are missing: notifications and clear transaction history. The ETA for this is 1-2 weeks!

NFTs on Hive are exciting new territory and we appreciate all the artists and collectors who are helping us test the alpha site and populating it with beautiful art while we make improvements and roll out updates!
