"I never loved you Varsha. Never. You were always in love with me. But I never loved you. I pitied you. But that is as far as my feelings went." Raghav said as Varsha looked at him with shock and hurt in her eyes. She had heard this a million times from him, but this time it had a strange chilling feel to it.
"ohh..kay Raghu.. I get it. You never loved me. You never cared for me. You never made an effort to understand me. All you did was work and go home. All you cared about was getting a break in your career. Oh just wait Varsha. You'll be disappointed yet again. I'm going to keep on repeating this, until you listen to me.
You don't love me." Varsha said as tears glistened in her eyes.
"I didn't Varsha. But I don't want to hurt you. You are the only one I love. And you know I always loved you. You were the only person I loved in an entire city. I don't want to leave you in pain. I'm doing this because I want to stay away from you. But you know what, when I see you happy I want you be mine Varsha. I love you nee Varsha. So please don't cry. Come let me take you to a place where we could be happy." Raghav said as he took Varsha's hand and led her out of the hospital exit towards the car.
"Where the hell are we Raghu?" Varsha asked as she looked around. "Outside. It's a beautiful place after all. Come Varsha. I want to show you a place that we can be happy. I want to put an end to all your pain."
"It's a beautiful place Raghu. but please don't use any kind of physical attack on me Raghu. Whatever happened, happened because of you Raghu. You do realize that right? I love you. Most probably more than anyone else in this world. I don't want to go a life without you in it Raghu. Please don't do this to me. Please." Varsha said as they reached the edge of a cliff.
"It's not that bad Varsha. Just trust me. I'm not going to leave you." Raghav said as Varsha looked back at her life. A life which now seemed to her like a dream. A dream which she didn't even want to live.
"Show me love Raghu and I will show you all the love in the world." Varsha said as they climbed down into the valley which lay below.
"Yes Varsha. I will show you love. I will show you everything."
