La pasta es una de mis comidas favoritas y suelo prepararla de todas las formas posibles, pero esta en particular que les compartiré hoy es una de las que más me encanta. Se trata de la pasta en salsa blanca con champiñones, tocineta y maíz, DIVINA 😋 Hoy fui a casa de mi prima y juntas preparamos esta receta maravillosa y que quiero compartirles. 1-. Picar la cebolla y los dientes de ajo en trozos muy pequeñitos. >1-. Chop the onion and garlic cloves into very small pieces.

2-. En una olla mediana colocar dos cucharadas de mantequilla y agregar la cebolla y ajos picados, para sofreír unos minutos. >2-. In a medium saucepan place two tablespoons of butter and add the onion and chopped garlic, to fry for a few minutes.

3-. Picar la tocineta en tiras pequeñita y añadir a la olla junto a la cebolla y el ajo. Mezclar muy bien durante 5 minutos. >3-. Chop the bacon into small strips and add to the pot along with the onion and garlic. Mix very well for 5 minutes.

4-. Pasados unos minutos agregar el maíz y los champiñones y mezclar muy bien. >4-. After a few minutes add the corn and mushrooms and mix very well.

5-. Agregar la crema de leche, salpimentar al gusto y si deseas puedes agregar la nuez moscada en este momento. Dejar cocinar por 10 minutos para que la crema espese un poco. >5-. 6-. Mientras la salsa está lista cocinaremos la pasta vermicelli según las indicaciones del empaque y serviremos nuestra deliciosa pasta con salsa de tocineta, maíz y champiñones. >6-. While the sauce is ready, we will cook the vermicelli pasta according to the directions on the package and serve our delicious pasta with bacon, corn and mushroom sauce.
