Sobre mim
Olá, me chamo Ricardo tenho 18 anos e estou atualmente cursando Engenharia de Software na Universidade de Vassouras, RJ (Brasil), a faculdade conta com melhor nota MEC de faculdades privadas no estado do Rio de Janeiro. A faculdade conta com diversas matérias diversificadas envolvendo os princípios básicos de engenharia e desenvolvimento como programação, algoritmos, arquitetura de dados, banco de dados, big data, industria 4.0 e etc.
Atualmente estou no quase terminando o primeiro período da faculdade e por ser muito ativo nessa área estou gostando muito.
Nasci no Rio de Janeiro, e já mudei de cidades algumas vezes, morei durante 6 anos em Nova Iguaçu (baixada fluminense) e 7 anos em Niterói, onde descobri minha paixão por praias, e a paixão por uma cidade praiana, aos 16 anos me mudei para a minha cidade atual (Vassouras) e estou gostando por ser no interior e as coisas são mais calmas do que comparada a uma cidade grande.
Minha paixão e conhecimento
Descobri minha paixão por programação e desenvolvimentos de software aos 12 anos, onde tive meu primeiro contato com o mundo dos códigos, de cara me deparei com o famoso C, onde era integrado a plugins e scripts de Counter-Strike que utiliza a linguagem SourcePawn. Com muita persistência me joguei afundo para aprender mais sobre, na época havia poucos tópicos em minha língua fluente (Português) o que fez eu ser forçado a aprender Inglês e começar a estudar e buscar dúvidas em fóruns e lendo as bibliotecas e API's de cada função para criar os plugins. Eu tive meu primeiro servidor de um modo chamado Jailbreak, onde há prisioneiros dentro de uma prisão e guardas que dão ordens aos prisioneiros, e o último que sobreviver a rodada vence (resumidamente). Logo alguns meses consegui ser capaz de criar meus próprios plugins e fazer vários outros modos de jogo, e assim minha comunidade foi crescendo disparadamente, chegando a ser uma das maiores do Brasil.
Após um tempo decidi começar a estudar o básico de front-end e web desenvolvimento, adquirindo habilidades em Javascript, HTML e CSS, mas nada muito aprofundado. Com a criação dos servidores fui forçado a encontrar uma forma de otimiza-los e utilizar um Sistema Operacional otimizado como Linux, e assim obtive conhecimento em mexer com a criação de paineis de controle para os servidores, docker, nginx e etc. Durante essa época aproveitei que estava muito empolgado no mundo da programação e comecei a criar scripts em Python e me matriculei em um curso básico de C e também fazia diversos exercícios para melhorar minha habilidade em lógica de programação.
Hoje em dia tenho um conhecimento grandioso anterior devido a minha curiosidade desde pequeno, e assim posso fazer minha faculdade de forma tranquila e menos corriqueira. Estou muito feliz fazendo finalmente o que amo e espero que as coisas continuem assim.
Pretensões
Minha pretensão na rede social é apenas somar e compartilhar todos os meus conhecimentos com os outros usuários, assim fazendo uma grande rede de contribuições, aprendizados, e principalmente o conhecimento, sem ele não somos nada. Juntos podemos sempre ser mais fortes e assim conquistar nossos objetivos de maneira educada e saudável. O melhor caminho é a comunicação.

About me
Hi, my name is Ricardo, I'm 18 years old and currently studying Software Engineering at Vassouras University, RJ (Brazil), which has the highest MEC score among private colleges in the state of Rio de Janeiro. The college offers diverse subjects involving the basic principles of engineering and development such as programming, algorithms, data architecture, databases, big data, industry 4.0, and more. I'm almost finishing my first semester and, being very active in this field, I'm really enjoying it.
I was born in Rio de Janeiro and have moved cities a few times. I lived for 6 years in Nova Iguaçu (in the Baixada Fluminense region) and 7 years in Niterói, where I discovered my passion for beaches and coastal cities. At 16, I moved to my current city, Vassouras, and I'm enjoying it because it's in the countryside and things are calmer compared to a big city.
My passion and knowledge
I discovered my passion for programming and software development at the age of 12, where I had my first contact with the world of codes. I started with the famous C language, which was integrated with plugins and scripts for Counter-Strike that used the SourcePawn language. With a lot of persistence, I dived deep to learn more about it. At the time, there were few topics in my fluent language (Portuguese), which forced me to learn English and start studying and seeking answers in forums, and reading the libraries and APIs of each function to create the plugins. I had my first server for a game mode called Jailbreak, where there are prisoners inside a prison and guards give orders to the prisoners, and the last survivor wins (in short). After a few months, I was able to create my own plugins and make several other game modes, and my community grew rapidly, becoming one of the biggest in Brazil.
After a while, I decided to start studying the basics of front-end and web development, acquiring skills in Javascript, HTML, and CSS, but nothing too deep. With the creation of the servers, I was forced to find a way to optimize them and use an optimized operating system like Linux, and thus gained knowledge in creating control panels for the servers, docker, nginx, and more. During this time, I took advantage of my excitement in the programming world and started creating scripts in Python and enrolled in a basic C course, as well as doing various exercises to improve my programming logic skills.
Nowadays, I have a vast knowledge base due to my curiosity since childhood, and so I can pursue my college studies calmly and less stressfully. I'm very happy to finally be doing what I love, and I hope things continue to be this way.
Intentions
My intention on social media is just to add and share all my knowledge with other users, thus creating a large network of contributions, learnings, and mainly knowledge, because without it, we are nothing. Together, we can always be stronger and thus achieve our goals in an educated and healthy way. The best path is communication.
