90kg bench press 5 sets of 5 reps💪 #getinshapechallenge

Been difficult to keep up the same commitment to my workouts during the last few days. Especially having to prepare for a 03:00AM meeting with Justin Sun and other witnesses last night.

However, when I finally did hit the gym, I managed to finally increase my bench press! I've been stuck at 87.5kg for a while, but today, I managed to take it up to 90kg for my 5x5 series! Makes no sense after such a poor night of sleep. But at least it shows that I'm progressing well with the high intensity training that I currently do!
