Hackers Congress Paralelni Polis 2018 has arrived which means that my favorite weekend of the year is now.
Third time at HCPP, and this time might be the best yet. Although Cody Wilson initially announced as a guest won't be able to attend, still the core of the speakers that define the character of conference will be there among some other intriguing guests.
What I looking for the most about this years' program:
PANEL - CRYPTO MEET-UP ORGANIZERS
Idea of Paralelni Polis has been decentralized by its propagators, so I am especially eager to hear from Juraj Bednar who is building Paralelna Polis in Bratislava, as well as other organizers of crypto meet-ups.
It might be a chance to learn something and hopefully later share and apply some of that knowledge in my city.
THE PROJECT OF CRYPTOANARCHY
Keynote speech - I suppose this one could be defined that way. I expect to hear Smuggler(whom I consider as I of the most brilliant minds in the movement) outlining the core ideas behind the conference and reminding what cryptoanarchy is all about(which Can be useful after last years' FOMOing, and hype).

Paul Rosenberg's presentations are always must see for me on HCPP - inspiring, fascinating, insightful, optimistic.

Cypherlock as the tool to further security of digital goods might be an answer to many problems and it will be exciting to hear about it from Smuggler himself.
Apart from those I will try to see as much as possible, and choose those presentations that will address ideas of cryptoanarchy and real life examples and tips. As usual it will be often difficult to choose between simultaneously conducted events, as it was difficult to choose just 5 parts of the program that stand-out the most.
